Pilliko — Terms of Use

1. Medical Disclaimer & User Verification

Pilliko is a personal reminder and family care organization tool, not a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). When adding medications manually, scanning prescriptions, or reviewing remote family proposals, you must verify medication names, strengths, and dosing times against your physical prescription label and licensed clinician instructions.

2. Pilliko Plus Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Pilliko Plus is optional ($24.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $2.99/month billed monthly with no free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Standard Apple EULA applies on iOS: Apple Standard EULA.

3. Reminder & Network Limitations

Local notifications depend on device battery, OS permissions, and Focus/Silent modes. A missing cloud dose log does not definitively mean a relative missed a dose (for example, while their phone is offline).
